Shipping Policy

Adults 21+ only

All Stoner Stix products are sold to adults aged 21 and over. A signature from an adult may be required on delivery, and orders can be cancelled if age or delivery information cannot be confirmed.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The outside of the package does not describe the contents.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Bulk and wholesale orders may need extra handling time, and we will contact you if there is a delay.

Delivery time and tracking

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. When your order ships you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before you check out. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately.

Where we ship

We only ship to locations where the sale and delivery of these products is legal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply where they live. We may refuse or cancel any order to a restricted location.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, or never arrives, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and photos. See the Refund Policy for how replacements and refunds work.
